TIPS TO MAKE APPOINTMENT RUN SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENTLY
DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS & PROTOCOLS

Hi there!

Thank you for your interest! My name is Kathleen and I’ve been a full time lash artist for 5 years. In my third year, I decided to become an educator as well so I offer lash training courses to anyone wanting to start a career, and mentoring to other fellow lash artists that want to improve their skills & share more knowledge with them. You can be sure that I’m up-to-date with the latest techniques & education in our ever changing industry. I’m super passionate about this industry and love helping clients feel more confident.

Whether you are a new or older client of mine, I have made some minor adjustments to my services post COVID-19 situation. My prices continue to reflect on the quality and knowledge behind my work in which I’ve invested a lot on to offer you the best. By booking with me I can ensure you are left each time with the highest-level quality of work to my capabilities and customer service support. The following bullets below are details of what you can expect from me and my services:

Consultation prior to procedure. Any questions or concerns you have can be asked at any time. I want to make sure you are left feeling ecstatic about the service & the final result
Proper prep & application to ensure & guarantee you the longest possible retention (Please look under retention 1-4 on my highlights on IG to see how much lashes my clients have retained after 3-6 weeks!)
Proper isolation of the lashes leaving you with zero stickies (No lashes stuck together. I go through your lashes during & after I have completed to make sure every lash is separated. I can personally show you how to check it yourself after the appointment as well.)
Correct weight & lengths used to maintain the health of your natural lashes
A style that is suitable for your eye shape (can always be customized with fills)
Meticulously hand-crafted fans are made during your appointment, or prior (pro-made fans)
Comfortable massage bed with an added memory foam topper & memory foam pillow to keep you feeling comfortable and relaxed throughout your appointment (you may also request for a leg pillow)
High quality products – lashes that maintain their curl, surgical grade steel tweezers, etc.
Adhesive shaker & storage container that keeps my adhesive fresh
Gel pads for sensitive skin
Various medical tapes that is safe for skin & hair
A clean & cozy environment. Sanitization & disinfection of my tools/products, space, etc.
Hand-washing, lash cleansing station & clean towels are provided
Formulated eyelash extension cleanser refills available to help pro-long your lash extensions & maintain good eye hygiene

*Full set appointments will be a duration of up to 3 hours & maintenance for up to 2 hours.

Times vary depending on your lash line, and the amount of work is needed at your maintenance appointment. I ensure you are getting the right coverage for each set, and complete maintenance work (removal of grow outs 2mm+, any lashes in which the bases are not fully in contact anymore, replace & fill remaining lashes.) This is to ensure consistency in my work, retention & maintain your natural lash health.

Initial sets include daily lash extension cleanser + brush to prolong & protect your investment.

Lash cleanser refill only: $5 (please bring your empty foam pump bottle)

Lash cleanser with foam pump bottle: $15

Lash cleanser with foam pump bottle & brush: $20

Taxes are already included in all services and products.

At your very first full set appointment, I will be showing you how to properly clean & groom your lashes. I will be cleaning one eye for you in the washroom, and I will get you to do the other. This is to ensure you leave the appointment with the proper knowledge & tools on how to maintain & care for them. Additional aftercare is provided after the appointment. A thorough lash cleanse is needed at every appointment before we start.
