The Lash store typically processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will typically be processed on Monday.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated times are calculated at checkout. Rates vary depending on shipping address, shipping service selected & size of order.
International Shipping Customs Fee
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer. Please contact your local postal or customs office if you are unfamiliar with the fees and charges, and for more information.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to us and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
The Lash Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
