At The Lash Store, we stand behind the quality of our lash extension products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of lash products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.
We may accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The item must be unused and in resellable condition
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package at info@thelashstore.co with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:
- Opened or used products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Custom or special orders
5. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thelashstore.co.
