kfam.lashes Service Policies

  • Please make sure you have filled out the Client intake & consent form


  • All full sets require a $50 non-refundable deposit (this is subtracted from your final payment). This deposit is to secure your spot and ensures me that you are serious about your booking. It also ensures that in the event of a “no show”, I am compensated for some time that could have been given to another client.   • No shows will not be tolerated. You will no longer be accepted for any future appointments.

 

  • A notice of at least 48 hours before your appointment is required if you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If made within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service. Or if a no call/no-show (100% of service). I understand that life happens sometimes, so I will be giving you 2 strikes. After 2 strikes, this policy will be strictly enforced. 

 

  • If you are late 15 minutes or more, your appointment will be rescheduled, and will be charged 50% of your service. Or if a no call/no-show (100% of service). Again, I will be giving you only 2 strikes.

 

  • You must have at least 50% of lash extensions present for it to be considered a fill (full sets only). You will be charged a full set if you have less than 50% or after 21 days since last service. Please book your fills accordingly (2-3 weeks). If your lashes tend to grow more quickly, I highly suggest coming in every 2-2.5 weeks. More work, time, and product is needed when most of your lashes are grown out, as I will be needing to remove them, replace, and fill the rest.

 

  • Infills from another artist: I can do a fill/maintenance over another artist's work if it will allow me. Please note that if not, a full removal and full set will be done and charged accordingly.

 

  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash or e-transfer before you leave.

  • I will follow up with you after 24 hours of your appointment to make sure your eyes are okay and no symptoms of any allergic reaction or irritation has appeared.

  • If you are not happy with your set or service, I do not offer refunds however I can offer a complimentary fix or removal within 3 days of the service.
