- Please arrive at your scheduled time alone (No earlier, unless otherwise discussed. No guests allowed)
- Please avoid mascara, eyeliner & strip lashes 5 days prior to ensure there is no residue left behind in preparation for the lash extensions
- Arrive with a freshly cleaned face & no makeup. This includes concealer or foundation under the eyes so the gel eye pads that I apply will stick properly.
- No caffeine prior to appointment. This causes your eyes to move/flutter, making it extremely difficult for me to apply the extensions on properly, and will affect bond.
- Please try to stay as still as possible and try to relax. If there is anything bothering you, please let me know so I can make adjustments. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. Many clients just take a nap, which is perfect.
- Prior to applying the lash extensions, I will be showing you how to properly cleanse your lashes and explain some aftercare.
- Please try to use the washroom if so, before your appointment. You will be laying down for quite some time (up to 2.5hrs full set)
- Please put your cellular device on silent.
- Bring your own headphones if you’d like. You can listen to your own music, podcasts, an audiobook, etc., this time is yours!
- Let me know if you would like to have a leg pillow during your service
- I will offer you to have the vibrating massage mat underneath the covers turned on. There is also a heat option. This will automatically turn off after 30 mins but can be turned back on if requested.
- You may bring your empty foam pump bottle if you are needing a lash cleanser refill ($5 charge).
- Please refrain from talking, unless you need to let me know if something is bothering you. As much as I'd love to chat with you all, it makes it difficult for me to apply the lash extensions properly because it makes your eyes move and flutter. It may also cause the tape to move up and touch your eyeballs causing it to feel very uncomfortable. This is to reduce any eye irritation.
