Shipping Information
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Within Canada:
We offer standard and express shipping options via Canada Post or other trusted carriers. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Free Shipping:
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $175 CAD (before taxes and discounts).
Local Pickup in Winnipeg, MB
We offer a free local pickup option for customers in or near Winnipeg, MB.
Pickup Instructions:
- Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).
- Follow the instructions in the email to schedule your pickup time.
Pickup Location:
West Kildonan area near Garden City/Riverbend – full address provided after purchase

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. If you need help initiating a claim, email us at info@thelashstore.co.
